This looks really good! I definitely wouldn't mind giving it a shot. I do love pizza quite a bit, so perhaps one of these days I will try it out. Thanks for sharing!

These are all great suggestion, although I have no idea why you would chafe at parmesan cheese. One suggestion: Naan bread! Naan works really well in a pinch, if you are looking for a crust substitute. Naan might be less conducive to a dorm than pita, but it works really well. You can find Stonefire Naan at any Kroger.

Hi Brianna! I love Italian food, so I really enjoyed your post! Before reading this post, I would never attempt to make a pizza by myself, but your recipe for “pita”za looks really easy to follow!

Hi Brianna! I really liked your post this week. Pasta is more of a 'rare occasion' dish for me but I do enjoy a good slice of pizza. My absolute favorite pizza toppings are veggies and I usually also prefer a more thin and crispy crust than thick and bready. I prefer a Mediterranian-style veggie pizza over the mushroom and olive swamped pizzas that you tend to get when ordering a veggie pizza. Looking forward to your last post!
