Free business idea. Open a ramen noodle bar on the other side of Rt. 88. You'd be printing money! Can you usually find the ingredients you need in West Liberty, or do you have to drive into Wheeling?

That’s a great idea! I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant. To answer your question, most of my ingredients can be found here on campus at Bear Necessities or down the road at Family Dollar. I love West Liberty, but driving into Wheeling every time you need something is tiring and expensive.

Brianna - all the food in this post looks delicious. Made me hungry honestly!

Do you have an air-fryer or any good recipes to use with them? I love using mine but, like you said, I’ve had enough of the same frozen chicken tenders and fish sticks this semester.

Hi PJ! I do have an air fryer, but it stays at my house. My family uses it all the time, and they would probably fight me for it if I tried taking it to college. I wish I had one in my dorm because it would certainly make things a lot easier. Luckily for you, I do have some recipes to recommend. I'm not sure what you're interested in but some of my favorites are air-fryer pickles, buffalo cauliflower bites, and chicken taquitos. Maybe I'll write about them at some point!

Yesssss I love this post! Since I'm a vegetarian there are only a few pre-packaged ramen flavors I can buy, but so many of your suggested ingredients are vegetarian! The spicy peanut butter ramen looks so good, and it also seems like it would be fairly easy to make in a dorm room. I'll definitely have to give it a try!

Ramen is part of the reason I'm so fascinated by Japanese culture. It's delicious, it's interesting, and the best part: it's cheap! Authentic ramen is something that I've always wanted to try, and these recipes can get me one step closer to that dream. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Brianna. I LOVE Ramen. I am absolutely going to make this recipe. I like how you added prices for the ingredients because I AM a broke college student. I can't wait to see what fun recipe you have for next week!

Hi Brianna! I loved how you took ramen, a very basic and cheap food, and made it into completely new dishes! I'm not very good at cooking, but these dishes look very easy to make. They are also very quick and inexpensive. I'll definitely try to make these recipes sometime.
